All Weston Gear products handcrafted in-house are made to order. Each item is cut, sewn, and finished one at a time in our production studio to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
Please allow 5–7 business days from your order date for your handcrafted gear to ship.
Orders that include partner or affiliate products (sold through the Weston Outdoor Gear marketplace) may ship separately and can vary in delivery times depending on each partner’s fulfillment schedule. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments as soon as they leave their respective facilities.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your gear’s journey straight to your door.

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 14-day return window starting the day your item is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• In the same condition you received them
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest method is to complete a return and then place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
