Every Weston Outdoor Gear product handcrafted in our studio is made to order, one piece at a time. Each item is individually cut, sewn, finished, and inspected with care before it leaves our shop.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days from the date of your order for your handcrafted gear to be completed and shipped.

Because we make each item individually rather than pulling it from a warehouse shelf, this time allows us to give every piece the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation so you can follow your package from our studio to your door.

Please keep in mind that tracking information can occasionally take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery & Package Security

Whenever possible, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location where your package can be received safely.

Once a shipping carrier has marked a package as delivered, Weston Outdoor Gear is unable to assume responsibility for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.

If you experience an issue with a delivery, we’ll always do our best to help point you in the right direction and provide any available tracking or shipment information that may assist with locating your package.
