These PyroStryke ferro rod strikers are made from durable hard steel that will reliably create sparks on any ferrocerium rod. Featuring an enhanced striking surface, the sharp edge will produce a shower of super-hot sparks from your ferro rod for igniting your campfire.  The compact shape is large enough to grip with cold or gloved hands, and the lanyard hole allows it to be secured directly to your ferro rod or pack so that it's always handy. The toothed end works great for grinding/shredding up wood sticks to make up easy lighting tinder.
