Meet The Captain XPac Edition — a wider, flatter bifold engineered for all-day comfort and built from ultralight, waterproof XPac sailcloth. Designed to sit comfortably in your back pocket without bulking up, this is the modern upgrade to the classic bifold.

XPac brings the perfect balance of durability, structure, and lightweight performance, making the Captain a refined carry piece that holds up to real-world use.

Wallet Features (XPac Edition):

  • Holds 12–15 cards comfortably

  • Carries up to 20 bills folded in half

  • Wider 4” x 5” folded dimensions for a flatter back-pocket profile

  • XPac sailcloth exterior — waterproof, abrasion-resistant, and ultralight

  • Interior lined with 1000D Cordura® for added strength and structure

  • 40-gauge clear ID window — over 2× thicker and tougher than standard

  • Double-stitched with size 90 nylon thread for long-term durability

  • Finished with 1" Mil-Spec binding for clean edges and lasting rigidity

Material Note: XPac is a technical laminate originally developed for high-performance sails. Natural grid impressions or subtle wrinkles are normal characteristics of the fabric and part of its performance construction.
